We always strive for the shortest possible delivery time. As a guideline, you can assume a capacity of approximately 2,500 words per translator per day. A translation project begins with a start-up day: Translation of 2,500 words – delivery time of 2 business days. Translation of 10,000 words – delivery time of 5 business days. The exact turnaround time depends on factors such as the subject matter, complexity, file format, the required level of quality control and the chosen translation approach. We can always accelerate the process by engaging several translators to work on a project. Therefore, indicate your own deadline so we can plan accordingly. When using AI, we handle confidential information and personal data with care. We only use professional AI licences under which submitted texts are not used to train the AI model. A sworn translation is a translation produced by a sworn translator who is registered in the Dutch Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators (Rbtv). The translator provides the translation with a statement, signature and usually a stamp, and attaches it to the source document or a copy of it. A sworn translation is often required for official documents that need to be submitted to a court, civil-law notary, educational institution or government authority, for example. You receive this discount immediately, from the very first translation; moreover, the discount increases as you submit more assignments. We build up a translation memory for every client. Yes. As a company, government institution or non-profit organization you can order a translation based on an invoice. We use a payment term of 30 days. Elycio Tekst & Vertaling may assess the creditworthiness of your organization. Private individuals receive the translation upon receipt of payment.
